Returning to work
Had a career break of two or more years and looking to get back into work? Our returners programme could be just for you. Whatever the reason for your career break, our six-month ‘returnship’ programme allows talented professionals like you to return to work on a structured programme.

We know that returning to work after a long break can be exciting but also daunting and challenging. We want to make the move back into a work environment as smooth and successful as possible for you. We have a range of opportunities available, where you will be able to become completely integrated into a team within the organisation and build up any lost confidence, brush up on those management skills or gain some new ones.
Current opportunities
Our programme is for people who have taken a career break for two plus years and are looking to restart their career whether it be in a similar role to before your career break or in something completely different. At the end of programme there is the opportunity to remain with us and continue in your new role.
We are looking for talented individuals who share our values and behaviours and are able to transfer their skills to be successful in a new role with our support. We will provide you with a supportive line manager, a structured Coaching Programme and a mentor/buddy to help you succeed.
All roles are initially offered on a 6-month fixed term contract (returnship) with the opportunity to be converted to a permanent contract on completion of the initial programme.

How to apply
We recruit once a year for our programme and we’re now recruiting for our 2025 cohort! Our adverts are now live with the programme due to start in May 2025.
Once you’ve found a role you’d link to apply for simply upload your CV and wait to hear from us. If you're successful in gaining an interview we'll be in touch to let you know the details.
The interview will last around an hour where we'll ask you some questions to find out more about what you’ve been doing and how you could be a fit for us. Of course we also want to make sure we’re a fit for you too, so you will also have the opportunity to ask us some questions whether you want to know more about us as an business, more about the role you’d be doing or the team you’d be working in, we’re happy to answer any of your questions.
