We know that returning to work after a long break can be exciting but also daunting and challenging. We want to make the move back into a work environment as smooth and successful as possible for you. We have a range of opportunities available, where you will be able to become completely integrated into a team within the organisation and build up any lost confidence, brush up on those management skills or gain some new ones.

How to apply

We have now closed our recruitment campaign for our 2025 Returners cohort. We will be advertising for our next Returners cohort in early 2026. 

When appling for a role you’d simply upload your CV and wait to hear from us. If you're successful in gaining an interview we'll be in touch to let you know the details.

The interview will last around an hour where we'll ask you some questions to find out more about what you’ve been doing and how you could be a fit for us. Of course we also want to make sure we’re a fit for you too, so you will also have the opportunity to ask us some questions whether you want to know more about us as an business, more about the role you’d be doing or the team you’d be working in, we’re happy to answer any of your questions.
