What you'll be doing
If you’re interested in a digital or IT-based career, our 9-week summer internship gives you the opportunity to discover the digital, data and technology services that make a real difference at National Highways
Working alongside experienced IT professionals in our Digital Services directorate, you’ll be exposed to a range of different areas and specialist teams, such as Data and Service Operations.
You’ll gain valuable experience whilst supporting the key digital and IT services that help us to connect the country!

What you'll need to succeed

You’ll also need to meet these essential entry requirements:
- Currently studying in your second year of an undergraduate degree
- Your degree is in a digital, IT, business, maths, engineering or sciences subject area
It is key to know all offers of internships are subject to satisfactory completion of our pre-employment checks. This includes a Right to Work check, reference check and a DBS criminal record check.
